I help individuals and couple's find clarity navigating life's mountains and valleys. In my practice, I utilize an integrative, client-centered approach tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. Drawing on modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), I am committed to helping you navigate your challenges and foster positive transformations. Tyler Cook, LMSW: I am passionate about helping individuals and families who are struggling with a range of mental or behavioral challenges. I work to build a trusting and collaborative relationship that allows us to work together to find the best ways to conquer whatever challenges, struggles, or hard times you are facing. I specialize in helping those who are facing difficulties with depression, anxiety, unwanted and disruptive behaviors, addiction, and families. My approach utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and Solution-focused therapy (SFT) to find the best way to meet your personal needs in individual, group, or family sessions.
